Recently, the global professional real estate event, the TITAN Property Awards, announced the 2024 award winners, and the CSC Land Group Ideal City project designed by ARCHILAND won the Platinum Award in the Architecture category. The project also won the 2024 London International Design Awards (LONDON DESIGN AWARDS) Platinum Award. The CSC Land Group Ideal City project combines the two concepts of healthy housing and future communities, introduces the Singaporean concept of a “Hanging Garden City”, is carefully built according to WELL standards, and combines the local characteristics of Tianjin to create a green and livable community.

The CSC Land Group Ideal City is located at the junction of Jinnan District and Hexi District in Tianjin, occupying a prime location within the outer ring road of Tianjin. The project innovatively incorporates Singapore's “Sky Garden City” concept, creating a multi-dimensional greenery-enhanced three-dimensional garden living system. Through an elevated-floor design, it achieves a car-free vibrant island above the platform, a sunlit open parking garage, and an immersive landscape system. Above the platform lies a serene, uninterrupted lifestyle, while below it are services within easy reach. Within the elevated layer, the project integrates hotel-grade amenities and lifestyle and urban service facilities, creating a city super interface that blends urban living, technology, and aesthetics. This design achieves seamless connectivity between the community and the city, expanding the boundaries of residential space. The project centers around nine key scenarios—neighborhood, education, health, entrepreneurship, and more—to create a future-oriented community with a strong sense of belonging.

To date, the CSC Land Group Ideal City project has received numerous honors, including the 2024 TITAN Real Estate Award Platinum Award, the WELL COMMUNITY Mid-Term Certification, the China Real Estate Index System's “2024-2025 Urban Typical Sample Project”, and the 12th Global Chinese Real Estate Gala's “2024 China Real Estate Model Community of Excellence”. Focusing on energy conservation and emissions reduction to create green net-zero carbon buildings, the CSC Land Group Ideal City Showroom has become the first building project in Tianjin to receive the “Excellent Level” certification for its carbon asset management system through a joint review by the British Research Establishment (BRE) and German TÜV. It has also obtained BREEAM& TÜV Net Zero Carbon Certification. At the 2024 Net Zero Carbon Buildings and Parks Awards Ceremony co-hosted by BRE and TÜV Greater China, it was honored with the “Net Zero Carbon Building Certification Selected Project” award. Additionally, it received the “Green and Low-Carbon Model Project” by the Chinese Society of Civil Engineering, and the Gold Award at the 20th China International Building Decoration and Design Art Expo's “2024-2025 International Environmental Art Innovation Design Competition.”
