ARCHILAND WINS GOLD AWARD AT un DESIGN AWARDS

Recently, the winners of the first season of the 2025 un Design Awards were announced. ARCHILAND's projects won the following awards: Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Park Corridor Zone project won the Gold Award of the Urban Planning category, 360 Headquarter Project won the Gold Award of the Office Buildings category, and CNOOC Industrial Exhibition Hall Project won the Gold Award of the Exhibition Buildings category.

Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Corridor Zone

As the core engine of Western Science City, Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Corridor Zone focuses on smart manufacturing and aerospace. Its design adopts "boundary-free urban landscapes" and "dual-carbon intelligence" concepts to create a "Life Green Valley." Utilizing TOD development, it integrates slow-moving transport systems with central green parks, forming three sectors—gateway commerce, low-carbon ecology, and smart living—through ten key scenarios like multi-dimensional parks and smart cities. The project aims to be an international innovation hub that synergizes ecology, industry, and urban life.

360 Headquarters

Located in Tianjin Huayuan Science Park, the 360 Tianjin Entrepreneurship Platform serves as a new hub for regional economic and tech growth. Its human-centered design creates a green, efficient R&D environment. The architecture combines a natural green "hill" with a sharp floating box—the hill forming column-free spaces and blended landscapes that define themed areas and redefine tech parks. The façade employs sustainable active and passive systems that work synergistically, reducing energy use for lighting, ventilation, and temperature control, making it a significant green design achievement.

CNOOC Energy Exhibition

The CNOOC Energy Exhibition in Tianjin's Binhai New Area, near Binhai West Station, boasts convenient transport and strong development potential. Set within a park adjacent to Jinhai Lake, it provides an ideal base for sustainable design. By integrating its surroundings and functional spaces, it creates a distinctive landmark. The museum explores the corporate brand spirit through technological innovation and sustainable design, reflecting CNOOC's philosophy while meeting exhibition needs. It combines urban planning, landscape, and sustainable architecture with passive-active strategies to reduce energy use, enhance efficiency, protect biodiversity, and showcase corporate spirit through forward-looking design.
