Based on Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium, one of the parallel sessions of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games, an Olympic Theme Park with integrated functions, diversified spatial form and distinctive identity has been established. Olympic Time Apartment project, located at the residential supporting area of this business plot, is an international apartment who provides services for foreigners. Taking advantages of adjacent waterfront parks, Olympic Sports Center, Olympic Time Business District, designers come up with the design concept of "Grand City Club" and conduct comprehensive planning with focuses on details accordingly. The interior design of this building pays attention on privacy of personal space and demands on public space. There are large public leisure space and bars with various sports theme. Multi-layer public exchange space, together with glass curtain wall, provides interaction between inner space and natural environment outside to create the relaxing, quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
