Under the theme "Sunset over Jinshan · Splendor of Jinjiang," it creates a model for culture, street life, riverside leisure, and age-friendly living, combining preservation, renovation, selective demolition, and limited new construction—with Jinshan offering food and creative precincts and Xiangyang developing a riverfront mixed-use community. The renewal will boost housing, industries, and heritage, revitalizing Jinjiang's old city with fresh appeal.
