COLI " GLORY SOURCE "
The project is set within a mixed urban landscape of high-rise (up to 100m) and garden apartment mix (18–21m) communities. Guided by “New National Standards,” it transitions from an initial all-high-rise plan to a balanced 50% garden apartment mix, featuring a stepped skyline of 80m, 54m, 33m, and 21m. This achieves a high floor area ratio with low-density living. The Left Bank Source project has won first place in the 2024 China Overseas Group’s U2-tier Design Award and a first prize in the 2025 Tianjin Outstanding Engineering Design Evaluation.
