CHENGDU HIGH-TECH ZONE FUTURE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Located in the core area of Chengdu Future Science City—a pioneer model zone for the park-city concept—this project drives regional industrial development through the Futian TOD and Green Axis Park, fostering an integrated innovation ecosystem of "government, industry, academia, research, application, and capital." Situated at the gateway to Tianfu Airport, the project comprises two sites (39 mu and 41 mu) along the core public building belt, separated by other parcels yet both facing the Green Axis Park to the west and a major expressway to the east. The program features office, hotel, and retail functions, with building masses coordinating with adjacent parcels and heights transitioning outward from the Futian TOD core. Stepped terraces cascade toward the central park on both sites to enhance landscape permeability, while varied building heights create a dynamic, well-composed skyline.
