YIBIN HIGH-TECH ZONE WORKERS' CULTURAL CENTER
As the gateway landmark of Yibin High-Tech Zone, the project is a comprehensive service venue integrating cultural education, sports, fitness, leisure, entertainment, and skills training. Guided by “Window of Image,” “Window of Technology,” and “Window of Culture,” it links three urban windows through streamlined volumes, creating a highly recognizable interface. Ground-level open spaces, cantilevers, micro-topography, and rooftops form diverse shared public spaces. Its mixed programs—basketball and badminton courts, a gym, theater, training rooms, and offices—call for modular, composite frameworks that meet varied needs and allow flexible future operation, enabling learning, training, exchange, fitness, and community activities to combine and evolve.
